A low-pressure system is slowly moving from France to northern Italy until Saturday. The associated, long frontal system will influence the weather. However, only temporarily, slightly milder air masses will reach us. Already on Friday, colder air will gradually seep in, and by Saturday, the snowline will drop again to low valleys. These days, some precipitation can be expected from time to time, and from Friday afternoon onwards, it is likely to become significantly wetter from the south. On Saturday, it will continue to snow for a longer period throughout the day under persistent and low-hanging clouds. The promised improvement in weather conditions is now postponed to Sunday. Despite sunshine, it will remain wintry cold. The new week will start changeable but mostly free of precipitation. Clouds will dominate, and the frost will weaken slightly.
