The core of a high-pressure zone has been located over north-west Europe for many weeks. Our area is located at the southern edge of this high in the sphere of unstable air masses. Thus, the weather will remain mostly unchanged throughout the upcoming days and sunny periods are expected especially in the mornings. Throughout the day, the temperatures will reach pleasantly warm but not overly hot temperatures with the intense sun of June. Cumulus clouds will repeatedly grow during the day and local rain showers or even thunderstorms are to be expected in the afternoons and evenings. When, where and whether rain showers and thunder clouds will occur cannot be predicted yet. Extensive steady rain showers are not to be expected according to the current weather models.
