ingredients our kitchen team prepares you original Tyrolean dishes. From
home-made cheese noodles served in Kupferpfandl to Chefburger "Ötzi-Rider"
there is something for every taste. In between, our kitchen crew will spoil you
with various theme buffets, for example a farmer's buffet or, if the weather
god permits, we will have a barbecue on the terrace and enjoy the balmy summer
evenings. In our restaurant and in the summer on the newly designed sun
